Cindy was excellent! We have worked with her for a number of years, as we first met at a house buying seminar in Ashburn in 2016. My wife and I realized we were not yet ready for home ownership then. Cindy provided a spreadsheet that laid out various scenarios for us. We continued to use that spreadsheet to determine when we were ready for a home, and at that time we reached out to her and her team. She made the whole pre approval and borrowing process very easy, and was always willing to explain things if we had questions.
